Responsibilities:

. Responsible for testing and QA methodologies and execution for Oracle

11i and R12 financial system modules.

. Manages and provides oversight for the execution of detailed testing

efforts on new and existing products and including Oracle R12 and 11i

Description: The goal of ETV apps is to improve the TV experience by

providing viewers more information, customized content, and interactivity

using the remote control. ETV apps run on top of the TV programming and are

bound, multiplexed into the MPEG service, or are unbound, viewed anytime

regardless of the MPEG service.

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for designing and executing test environments for Quality

Assurance Engineers.

. Assist in managing project teams, developing test strategies, and

designing quality assurance practices.

. Worked with upstream Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams in

Description: The purpose of the project is to reclaim analog bandwidth to

project paves the path to an all digital Comcast network.

Responsibilities:

. Worked as an Operations Support Engineer within the BSS group to

support end users and maintained, monitored, and managed a business

critical application within a fast paced support environment, and

Description: Income Positioning System helps clients navigate through

retirement planning. This new software tool is currently in pilot with more

than 160 Lincoln Financial Network and Emp Markets advisors.

Responsibilities:

. Worked with Vendors and BA's to define needed changes in process and

communications, ensuring efficient and effective workflow between QA

teams in main and remote offices.

. Trained and provided guidance to QA Testers in day-to-day testing

activities, as well as feedback to upper management on project status.

. Developed Test Plans, Test Cases and Scripts, executed the scripts for

both manual and automation testing and also entered/maintained the

Defects in Quality Center.

. Performed Account Aggregation testing on different Interfaces using
