o Played key role in development and rollout of EasyPay, The Star's

automatic payment plan, effectively increasing subscriber retention

and reducing billing costs; grew EasyPay base to approximately 30% of

o Instrumental in the launch and marketing of The Star's digital

newspaper edition (E-Star), creating another product delivery channel

to both grow circulation and increase retention

o Converted the Newspapers in Education program to a digital program (E-
