10/2001 to 6/2014 Maple Grove Companies, Old Fort, Ohio

Started with the company as a Maintenance Supervisor

responsible for the repair and upkeep of two limestone

processing plants. Supervised eight mechanics and

maintenance personal to repair processing plants and

maintain support equipment (loaders, haul trucks,

excavators, drills and pumps working in the mine.

Promoted to Quarry Superintendent in 2006 responsible for

three shifts of production through forty employs. Our

largest customer using over 2,200 tons of processed

limestone per day in a kiln plant produced seven days a

week year round. Maintained strict quality controls of

product to insure silica and iron levels meet customer

specifications. Supplied two company asphalt plants,

loaded and shipped stone by rail to a retail yard in

Pennsylvania .Tons of limestone produced in the quarry

averaged over 3,000,000 annually.

Product Support Manager

7/77 to 9/2001 Ohio Machinery Co, Cleveland, Ohio

Started with the company as a Service Technician rebuilding

Caterpillar diesel engines, fuel systems and drive train

components. Promoted to Service Manager in 1986 overseeing

both field and shop operations through two supervisors.

Responsible for service budgets, hiring, warranty

administration, and maintaining service related assets.

Promoted to Product Support Manager 1988 for both parts and

service of the Zanesville branch. Responsible for expenses,
