provide support, review and recommendations. Lead reserves project for
Campo Boscan (33 MM bn, 115 bopd, heavy oil with water injection, 480
wells): Acquire updated volumetric, perform exponential decline curve
analysis (by well & flowstation) using different methods: rate vs time,
average BPD/time vs well, rate vs Cum, WOR vs Cum. OOIP calculation.
Production forecasting (base + new drills), provide ranges of oil/water
requested forecasting. Perform surveillance of assigned area, 10 flow
stations (100 wells). Identify candidates to drill, evaluating areas by
analogs, perform economic evaluations by well, patterns & projects, run
deterministic and probabilistic economic evaluations, develop drilling
proposals for new wells, technical reports to get official approvals.
Surveillance for waterflooding project in heavy oil reservoir. Participate
in subsurface technical reviews. Prepare Authorizations for expenditure.
Wells review to identify candidates (production wells & water injectors
wells), and review wells performs as a part of a business plan and
optimization process. Take initiative on optimization jobs, reactivations
jobs, replacements candidates and new technologies. Lead new wells
processes, with a cross functional team (drilling, facilities, environment,
permissions). Official reports for completions, well producers and
injectors. Provide Reservoir engineering support to projects lead by other
departments. Mentor fellow employees in economic analysis, and general
reservoir engineering skills as needed. Person in charge for Audit
processes in Reservoir department like well abandonments, reserves, data
management for accounting, marketing, internal and external financial
auditors, operations, management and partners. Coordinator of a new wells
multidisciplinary team (drilling, completion, G&G, reservoir, facilities,
legal, operations and production) to have timely, safety and efficiently
all activities related to drilling new wells; including calculation of IP
and reserves through authorizations of expeditures, legal permissions
(environment and oil), construction of the locations, well programs and
logistics for drilling (including availability of contracts and equipment)
drilling and completion, even begin the production from each well. Review
decisions as new completion technologies, alternatives to improve Sand
control performance, WSO placement, acid stimulation candidate selection,
to optimize well flow performance and optimize production / injection.
Track all drilling projects and prepare summaries of impact in the
production and reserves addition. Perform post-jobs analyses (look backs),
capture lessons learned, share best practices observed. Report post job
operations and results/analysis (operational and financial). Coordinate
review process: comparison of pre-drill vs. post-drill projections for
investment, reserves production, drilling and completion process and return
capital. Perform operations and design safely and following HES policies
