Experience:
Process Technician/Safety Officer- As a Process technician, I am
responsible for all avenues of running all chemical processes. These
processes include setting up lab area, running processes such as
distillation, chemical stripping, product generation and quality assurance
checks. Experienced in using such equipment as all laboratory equipment
and gas chromatography to assure product accuracy. Also responsible for
report writing and process adjustments due to poor outcomes. I am also
responsible for all safety aspects of Lab conditions including proper
disposal and use of dangerous and volatile chemicals, proper certification
of all haz-mat equipment, and also responsible for all general safety
inspections and conditions. I am also charged with creating incidence
reports and implementing corrective procedures.

Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist/Assistant Program Manager- As an ABA
therapist, I am charged with Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with
a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, mental delays, and
behavioral problems and implementing therapy goals developed by Board
Certified Behavioral Analyst. These goals are directed at assisting
patients with improving delays in social, cognitive, and communication
skills. I am also charged with collecting, maintaining, and analyzing
data records outlining progression of treatment goals, composing
progress notes describing the session activities, how each activity
meets the patient's goals, and implementing new goals after previous
goals have been mastered. As the Assistant Program Manager, I am
charged with training new therapists, analyzing efficacy of current
patients goals and suggesting improved patients programs due to conclusions
made from goal analysis.

Clinical Lab Specialist- As the clinical lab specialist, duties included
maintaining correct aseptic conditions, disposing and handling all
biological hazards, and instructing patients on these aseptic techniques
for home use, all administrative duties regarding lab and patient protocol,
which includes proper documentation of all procedures completed so billing
can occur, properly conducting lab duties including sterile transfer of
extracts, filling of testing wells, and mixing biologics into precise
formulas and then performing serial dilution to assure proper
concentration. My duties also included data collection of current and
former patients to assess and then suggest furthur allergy immunotherapy if
needed.

Admissions Representative- Duties included interviewing prospective
students, explaining program requirements and expectations, explaining
curriculum for chosen program, assuring all paperwork is done properly for
financial aid and registrar offices. I am charged with interviewing
prospective students and working through any problems that may interfere
with attendance and graduation. Duties also included taking over
instructor duties in certain programs when instructor cannot attend class.
