I am writing this application to you with my utmost sincerity.

I want to work for the cause of education& help schools in shifting their

focus from literacy to real education also want to share the maximum with

the maximum number of children

I have been working with reputed schools (currently in NCR) since last 26 &

half years.

During the course of my tenure with such an esteemed organization, I came

across lots of challenges, obstacles and difficulties, which gave me the

right opportunity to work hard and put in the best efforts to ensure that

the school functions smoothly. Because of my sustained efforts and

relentless trying, I have not faced with any big crisis in the school. I

always believe in giving the best efforts rather than thinking about the

results. I feel proud in taking & sharing responsibilities.

(A) My Role as Teacher

As a teacher I have always motivated my students by working within their

incentive system

With a positive outlook of life I witness the moment when a student

finally grasps the essence of a new idea taught in the class.

I have knowledge & understanding of my subject I am working with true

potential and commitment. The students know when a teacher is sincere they

are learning new concept and acquiring knowledge.

(B) My responsibilities: which I have rendered to the school in till date.

1. In-charge School Prefectorial board

2. In-charge Students Council

3. Organizer for Annual Scholar Badge Ceremony

4. Over all in-charge of Morning Assembly

5. Coordinator of Senior House Activities

6. I am able to motivate and guide my students by using creative and

inspirational teaching methods which helped them to excel at CBSE level

competitions

7. I have attended number of workshops at CBSE level, Inter School level

and off Course the seminar conducted by ERC

8. I was nominated by CBSE, Allahabad for Masters In- Service Program

related with teaching of Gen Sc. up to class 10th and Biology in classes

11th & 12th.

9. Planner for the allotment of duties for the whole school

10. I was an active participant within the School Exam Department (CBSE

10th &12th Board Practical Exams)

11. I have conducted a number of diverse scholastic and directional

workshops for parents, teachers and students welfare.

12. I have hosted and flagged five CBSE Intel Exhibitions, and encouraged

the students to think out of the box. The students have always come back

with awards on all the occasions.

13. I have been recently a part of the CCE Introductory Event with CBSE and

I am in-charge of conducting the training/workshops within my school and

surrounding schools.

14. I have been the Head Examiner for CBSE XIIth Biology Evaluation for

concurrent years in the past

15. I have been nominated by CBSE to be Examiner for AISSE Pre-Medical

Examination since last 2 years.

I want to summarize my Teaching ability as follows:

. I have the ability to bond with my students, to understand and

resonate with their feelings and emotions.

. To communicate on their level.

. To be compassionate with them when they are down and to celebrate with

them when they are up.

My Strengths

Working in an education sector is a rewarding and pleasant experience for

me because I would like to be in touch with the young crowd. Working as

biology teacher I will have the opportunity to perform other activities

such as field biologists or curriculum specialists also. I do have

Innovative and excellent IT skills.

My Job purpose

The main purpose of a biology teacher is to teach children the fundamental

concepts of biology and help them understand this discipline. Apart from

specific teaching activities, as biology teacher I will be also responsible

for establishing an encouraging environment for the academic and personal

development of the students.

Main responsibilities will be

. To teach the decided curriculum

. Take lectures

. Perform lab experiments and other scientific investigations

. Maintain file records of the students

. Evaluate and grade students on various parameters

. Provide necessary support to meet student's instructional needs

. Be an active member in all the activities related to the subject
