Customer Service Representative

While working as a Customer Service Representative, my primary duty consisted of
maintaining the registered company manifest listing. This manifest list was critical
information and was required to be the most accurate. I was responsible for
reviewing entries in the manifest database system to ensure the utmost accuracy. I
was responsible for documenting information from customers and recorded this
information in the system. This system allowed the company's senior leadership to
extract information to analyze company business operations. While working in the
warehouse and supporting the daily operations in the warehouse, I was responsible
for operating the forklift, this included off- loading freight and loading freight. I was
responsible for processing incoming orders, identifying the receipts of material and
assign the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) numbers. After processing/tagging the material
appropriately according to company standards and processes, I was responsible for
loading the material on the forklift and placing them on assigned pallets and locate

reported directly to the warehouse supervisor. I would provide the supervisor with
the geographic location for all items stored in the warehouse. This allowed the orders
to be filled in a timely manner. Also, I speak a fluent Spanish as well as English.
Since I was able to communicate to the Spanish laborers in Spanish, the supervisor
