Consultant as Project Manager/Payroll Manager
. Reporting to the Director of Finance, managed four Senior Payroll
Administrators, processing multiple payrolls for 4,000+ employees, located
in 14 plants across the country, including four union plants. Worked
closely with Director of Tax on expatriate income and wage analysis.
. Led multiple projects for Finance team, including large scale
reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable, due to DCI's global
initiative to convert to ERP system, Oracle EBS 12, utilizing parallel
processing during the four year project.
