Allstate Roadside Service: Project Manager October 2007 - Present
Contracted to lead a multi-year platform conversion, migration and process
re-engineering project while maintaining an annual $1M budget. Provide
strategic and tactical leadership to a cross-functional team of 15 IT
specialists, consultants and business analysts. Align the objectives of up
to 20 key stakeholders across departments including legal, marketing and
finance. Oversee all kickoff meetings, establishment of project charters
and KPIs, requirement gathering, planning, scheduling, quality assurance,
risk management, issue resolution, tracking and reporting and across
multiple projects.
o On track to complete the migration from an outdated mainframe to a new
Oracle platform which is projected to increase accuracy and stability
while reducing support costs by 30%.
o Served simultaneously as Data Architect, Solutions Architect and Subject
Matter Expert, saving more than $150K annually by combining multiple
roles.
o Assumed lifecycle management and operational management for Allstate's
billing and finance systesms.

and PCI tokenization as part of a process improvement and compliance

McDonald's & HAVI: Technical lead April 2006 - September 2007
Promoted and assigned to lead a team of five offshore resources in
delivering a complex supply chain release for the US Market. Spearheaded
all aspects of project including, scoping, scheduling, resource allocation
and risk management for timely delivery of the project.Performed
customization of Bill of Materials (BOM), Point of Sale (POS), Product Mix
(PMIX) and Inventory Mix (IMIX) using Oracle applications to increase the
accuracy, tracking and shipment of happy meal products and promotions
rotating on a weekly basis.
o Expanded engagement scope to include McDonald's supply chain partner HAVI
in successfully designing and deploying a comprehensive Integrated
Logistics System (ILS) to provide greater speed, accuracy and visibility
over logistics.
o Presented with the Alliance Consulting "President's Award" for superior
execution on the ILS and Supply Chain project.
o Recognized for expertise in database tuning to enhance processing

MCI/Versizon: Programmer Analyst April 2000 - April 2006
Led the cross-functional design of projects. Met with key stakeholders as
the representative and liaison for the Millennium Billing System initiative

creating of data flow. Coded modules in according to requirements and
