Attend to the personal care requirements of residents as well as monitoring their

safety and comfort including increasing individual hygiene, social, spiritual,

wellbeing.

Operating various types of mechanical lifts including: Sara lift (sit to stand), ceiling

lifts and total lifts.

Report changes in resident/ patients condition, assisted nurses with wound care for

pressure ulcers, bed sores and surgical wound sites: prevention of skin break

down, positioning residents, monitoring and reporting vital signs.

Exercised Complex Care Management including: Mental Health, Dementia and

Sundowning. Preformed Palliative care and Post mortem care, also Catheter

care and Stoma care.

Handled multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines
