Summery* I turned 32 years old in December, and I realized that life can pass you by in the blink
of a eye. That is the main reason that I like to try out different types of jobs to see what I actually
enjoy and could see myself doing the rest of my life. I have held multiple positions in my 18
years of work experience.
Work History: *Food Lion Glen Burnie MD, 21060 *Assistant Customer Service Manager &
Bookkeeper /2004-2007-$12.75per hour
Daily Duties* I was in charge of the entire front end of the super market, I the customer service
desk, handled all Western Union transactions, handled all of the money orders, and check
cashing services. I was also responsible for making sure that all the money in the safe was
accurate to the penny before taking over for my shift, counted all cashiers tills and balanced them
and made daily deposits, managed the Brink’s deposit pick up % the change order we would
receive from them also. At closing, I would count all currency and make the daily deposit and
lock the entire store and then my job was completed. Later on after I mastered the Assistant
Customer Service Manager job, I was again promoted to their full time bookkeeper.
*Wendy’s (Davco Resturants) Crofton, MD 21114 *Started as a crew member in
1999and when I left in 2004, I was a General Manager of my own individual Wendy’s
restaurant* 35K a year salary
Daily Duties* Full and total control over 3 subordinate assistant managers. I was in charge of all
employee staffing needs, and all disciplinary procedures as well. I was in charge of keeping our
budgets & food and labor costs down, and I did that very well, and my team and myself received
bonuses each and every quarter.
