Quality Analyst and Quality Control .

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role:

< To check the quality of material from incoming stage, in process and

till dispatch.

< To check the quality of material through the bill of material or by

different instruments (vernier calliper, micrometer, height gauge etc).

< To fill the incoming, inprocess and outgoing reports on daily basis.

Responsibilities:

< To conduct regular audits on regular basis to check quality of work

place any to find any problem if exist and rectify it by taking

corrective action.

< To maintain CAPA.

< To send weekly reports to our Quality head.

Accountabilities:

< Handling the project of dust collector of Donaldsons.

< Handled the project on torque validation & tyre inspection

< Inventory management during the industrial training in JCB India.
