• Responsible for set up of new CVD and PVD metal coating fabrication production line (NPI), including

Molybdenum, Titanium, Zinc, Tungsten Carbide, and Iron, and creating master schedule while maintaining

material availability in MRP system and considering capacity planning and leveling in each time phase in

SAP; Saved cost with existing hardware by 20%($2M).

• Led a team consisting of 7 engineers to achieve the productivity improvement project through DMAIC

strategy; reduced the inventory stock for raw material and scrapped products, and increased revenue by 10%

($10,000/month).

• Accomplished a Lean and JIT (Just In Time) process with value stream mapping (VSM) in a casting and

melting production line with lead-time, value added time and process time calculation; Simplified process,

removed non-value added actions and lowered the BOM (Bill Of Material) Cost by 3%.
