> Presently working in Carbon disulfide production unit & Sulphur
Recovery Block which consist of Amine Recovery unit (TGTU), Sour
Water Stripper Unit & Sulphur recovery unit (SRU).
Job Responsibilities:
Steady State Operations (At present):
. Working as Assistant Manager in Carbon di sulphide production unit,
Sulfur Recovery & Tail Gas Treating Unit. Co-coordinating the
maintenance jobs with service departments with complete Work Permit
compliance.
. Controlling the activities during the plant emergencies, start-up and
shut down by co- ordination of field and panel officers.
. Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are being followed during the
shift for routine operation of all major equipments.
. Major Equipments: Claus air blower, Condenser, Absorption tower,
Reboiler, Waste heat boiler (WHB), distillations Colum, Reaction
Furnace, Claus, HP and LP steam generators, Steam Eductors,
Incinerators, Absorber, Regenerator, Pumps, Fin Fans, Compressors,
Boiler flare system etc.
. Maintained SAP activity RM to finished goods, NORMS, Yield, etc.
. Operate plants through distributed control system, in accordance with
defined operating parameters, operating standards & day-to-day
instructions.

Continuously monitor & control process variables to meet production
plan/ specifications & operate the plant safely, reliably & cost
effectively.
Worked in other unit of UPL-Mencozeb Plant
Handed the Production of Mancozeb (140 TPD) & WDG plant for achieving the
Production target with desired purity and
raw material consumption norms and production process improvement.
. Handled MEE Plant of capacity 21 kL / hr (11 stage of effect
evaporator)
. Trouble shooting & Co-ordination with maintenance team.
. Analyses of the plant data and troubleshooting of day-to-day plant
problems.
. Develops good working relationships, to continue and improve overall
production processes and develop a good team in the plant
. RM / Intermediate Product / FG / PM (Fresh & Used/recycle) inventory
management in the plant.
. Maintained the house keeping of the plant and implementation of the
5'S system
. Maintained all documents related to ISO, QMS, IMS.
. Having Good knowledge of advanced safety RADAR, BPRV, SRV, Solenoid
etc
. Maintained SAP activity RM to finished goods, NORMS, Yield, etc.
. Giving training to officers related to process, safety and 5s
standards
. Co-coordinating with the project department for the improvement and
installation activities in the plan
. Preparing the daily Production report and monitoring of the Utility
Consumption.
. Handling the effluent management system, including initiatives for
effluent reduction at source.
