Project 1- CBS – Implementation of Core Banking Solution
Project was to consolidate various client-server based systems into one centralized firm wide retail
banking solution.CBS was a web based platform to provide all retail banking features under one
centralized system.
This system also automated various End-of-day, quarter and yearly reporting. CBS was also compliant
with regulatory banking mandates and was able to provide all the required reporting for the same.
Role and Responsibilities: IT-Officer - Business/Data Analyst
Data extracting, conversion, sanitization and data migration from legacy system to new
system.
Reconciliation of data between legacy and new system
Conduct QA and defect identification, tracking and reporting
Conduct UAT

Project -2 Maintenance and Enhancement of the Legacy system
Support FoxPro based Legacy system along with various excel and access based tools written to
automate the day to day tasks.
Role and Responsibilities: Officer –IT
Responsible for all M&E activities for legacy system.
Troubleshooting day to day data and technical issues faces by business users.
Reporting – Excel and Access based report generation of weekly monthly, quarterly and
yearly reporting.
Excel based data reconciliation for quarterly and yearly ending.
Requirement gathering and prioritization of the enhancement raised by business users.
