In my current position I am a Property Manager for a Self-Storage company,

with the responsibilities of leasing, marketing, collections and customer

service.

Prior to my latest position I was an Executive Casino Host for Harrah's

Cherokee. I was the primary point of contact for VIP players, and guests,

tasked with understanding their expectations, and exceeding them, also to

provide consistent and continual feed back to managers about guest's

experiences, including conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction.

During my time in vertical markets my responsibilities included, creating

and presenting proposals to governing boards, in addition to preparing RFP,

RFQ and RFI responses. Additional administrative duties included budget

management and P&L reporting.

Throughout my tenure as an account representative and manager in varying

industries, I excelled in researching trends, finding new revenue sources,

discovering new markets and staying current with technology. As a valuable

member of a cross-functional team, I prepared executive summaries and

provided statistical and analytical data to management. I also have

extensive experience using online interactive tools and in-person

demonstrations to effectively engage customers and team members in positive
