REGIONAL DIRECTOR:
Upon employment as the Director of education to a business that had
over 800 clients with paid tuition's and only a third attending. After one
week of observing the quality of service, I promptly rewrote the manuals,
retrained the employees, and led them to the execution of the method. I
spoke with all un-attending clients, and helped the marketing department in
placing life to the new image.
In 3 months we sky rocketed our attendance from 300+ to 2000+. After
6 months of achieving record sales throughout the nation, I was promoted to
Regional Director, opened two schools, hired 20 teachers, trained them, and
counseled directors in other regions.
Responsibilities: Coordinate, and track employee training. Conduct
yearly refresher training. Administer daily, weekly, and monthly tests.
Process all new hires, and train for the familiarization of the companies'
policies. Develop and give presentations to clients on our services.
Improvement of courses and procedures for the company according to clients'
needs.
SAFETY MANAGER:
I started out with this company as a painter helper. Throughout the
first 8 months I worked my way up to the Painter Blaster position, but more
importantly I stopped 3 jobs which potentially saved lives. Two months
later I was promoted to a Safety Tech position. I began by taking over the
daily safety meeting, inspiring, and elevating the way people viewed safety
at work as well as at home. I quickly started taking on as many
responsibilities as possible, as well as taking as much training in order
to become successful for the employees and company. Scaffold, harness, fire
extinguisher, and equipment inspections were some responsibilities along
with the record keeping. Job safety audits, first aids, accident
investigations, and handing out P.P.E. while keeping inventory. I then
sprinkled my flavor into the employee orientations, trainings,
presentations, development and updating of training manuals. Though I was
now indulged in the safety department, taking many training courses, I
continued taking college courses and getting NCCER certified in all crafts
in order to be more effective in the creation of pro-active measures. After
three quick years I was promoted to a Safety Manager position in another
plant. The field work remained the same but with a few more
responsibilities. I had to report to and have weekly meetings with the
client. Fill out and manage OSHA 300, 301 accident reporting.
FOREMAN:
With 3 years of experience as the leader of a different crews, in
different environments to different crafts, I have been success in every
and all tasks asked of me. From getting the job done within the scope
planned, to the safety of each of the team members under my supervision,
and to the complete satisfaction on quality of the finish product. I
accept every new mission on the production side as a new team experience
using different motivation methods to inspire the employees, achieve
greater success, and help build new projects that in the end will help
millions of people. These positions have been pleasing because I have
firsthand responsibility to make sure that safety of each person is number
one.
PLANNER ESTIMATOR:
After the last project was completed, Turner had brought me back to
Texas as the Civil Planner, on a maintenance project. I ran Purchase
Orders, Work Orders, Work requests, planning out Scaffold, Paint,
Insulation, electric, and concrete jobs, evaluating the hours, cost as well
as any additional equipment needed. Reporting directly to the client,
taking pictures, making drawings, and graphing out the before and what the
final product would look like.
