As a working general manager of the oldest and largest brewery in Orange County, I was responsible for all sales and

marketing efforts and brewery operations. I worked closely with the board of directors, shift supervisors, distribution, and

other personnel to ensure key performance objectives (KPIs) were met and exceeded. On a day-to-day basis, I help to

ensure that all employees performed their duties safely, effectively, and efficiently.

Accomplishments

• Grew brewery from $250K in sales to more than $1.5 million. BayHawk is now a regional leader in private label

draft beer.

• Increased gross sales an average of 10 percent per year from 2008-2013; increased profit more than 25 percent

• Increased package product distribution to all West Coast, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and Illinois. Package products

carried in BevMo, Total Wine, CostCo, CostPlus World Market, Vons, and Albertsons in five western states

• Retired $750k in debit, increased liquid assets to more than $600K

• Successfully negotiated corporate and employee insurance packages increasing benefits and reducing premiums

by 300 percent.
