HRIS
The HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is the application used by the HR in the organization.
The HRIS mainly consists of Modules like Leave Management system (LMS), Trainings conducted,
Appraisal details, etc. The HRIS Login will be different for different users. The LMS allows users to
apply leaves. There will be different HR policies that are taken care in the application. The Admin and
Super Admin will have more privileges to use HRIS like approving the leaves, editing the different leaves
etc. the HR can be able to add, edit modify the employees.
The users log their issues as trouble tickets for HR and IT administration. The trouble tickets are
automatically mailed by the system to the respective departments. The users can track the status of their
trouble tickets .Administrator can view the trouble tickets, the status and acknowledgement/resolve them
and close the calls. Features like birthday alarm, Employee profile and Inbox iteration are provided.
