Welding Skills and Capabilities:

• Ut ilized E-6010, E-7018, E-7024, E-308, E-309L, ER4043, and Er6061 rods and

electrodes

• Welded structural steel in the following positions: 1F, 2F, 3F, 4F, 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G

• Welded plate and structural steel in accordance with ASME Section IX and AWS

D I.I

• Welded aluminum and stainless steel in accordance with M ili tary Standard 1595-A

• Cut, prepared, and fi t ted segments of carbon steel pipe, plate, and structural metal

• Welded 2” to 6” pipe in accordance with ASME Section IX and API 1104

• Welded 2” to 6” pipe in the following positions: 2G, 5G and 6G

• GTAW-Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG or Heliarc)

• SMAW-Shield Metal Arc Welding (Stick)

• GMAW-Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG)

• FCAW-Flux Core Arc Welding

P repared and Cut Metals Using:

• Air Carbon Arc Gouging

• Watts Beveling Machines

• Oxyfuel-Hand Torches

• Plasma Arc
