I’ve been part of the hospitality industry for many years with experience ranging from bussing tables, to the

management of a 500 seat restaurant. I’ve worked in venues from roadhouse style to upscale dining rooms. My

years in the industry have given me the tools to see problems and deal with them. My teamwork skills are

second to none. Most recently my experience has been in the catering field in mainly a Head Wait and
