Career Profile
Experienced and versatile Program Manager/Engineer possessing a strong
background in administration, operation and system management/engineering.
During my 26 years in the aerospace industry, focusing on Primary and
Secondary Avionics, I have successfully completed a number of projects, on
time and under budget for commercial, military and flight simulation
development programs. The complexity of each project required the constant
monitoring of both engineering efforts as well as financial concerns in
order to maintain the expected profit margins. Managing customer's
expectation, ensuring accurate schedules, assigning engineering resources,
risk mitigation and status reporting were part of my ongoing activity that
led to their successful completion. I have a strong and proven capability
in developing and implementing strategic business plans and interfacing
with the engineering and financial communities. I have been a member of
Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2004 and I am PMP certified.
Resourceful and energetic, I am able to analyze, interpret and deal with
today's rapidly changing business environment.
