care. Small Group Renewals is web based system used by BCBS in order to

renew the health care policies of its member accounts. Renewing is the

process of preparing a rate offer to an account for which the current rate

effective date is scheduled to expire. Small Group Renewals delivers

information and tools created to assist with reselling or reacquiring

existing accounts, presenting additional plan offerings and alternatives,

and monitoring anniversary effective dates to reduce the incidence of lost

business opportunities. Many of the Renewals application activities are

similar to a new sale and enrolment, however in Renewals, the information

is gathered and verified from Blue Cross Plans or internal HCSC sources

such as membership, rating systems, claims history, and other historical

was working as a Developer/DBA for its Digital Team and also for the

ongoing project AllSpark. AllSpark is the application provided by GameStop

to facilitate the distribution of digital product keys. These keys are

associated with Downloadable Content (DLC) video game add-ons which enhance

game content running on consoles (such as Microsoft Xbox and Sony Play

station). AllSpark was designed for ease of integration. It consists of
