Chief Financial Officer
• Originally hired as a temporary consultant to assess a small company crippled by an ailed economy, worked with the 3rd
generation owner and brought company back to profitability by the close of 2010. Empire Safe is a 107 year old Safe Company
with an impeccable reputation in the Jewelry and Insurance industry. Worked with owner to re-expand sales base in the
Commercial and Residential markets. Double digit sales increases in 2010, 2011 and 2014.
• Established new resources for product purchases in the European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets.
• Renegotiated agreements with banks, landlord and City of New York. Entered into favorable payment plans with each and have
since completed each and entered into new agreements for the future of the company.
• Implemented new procedures in accounting department and production facility to insure that profits were accounted for and
remained in the company including inventory control and production efficiency.
• Implementing Salesforce.com to assist and upgrade the company’s marketing efforts. Worked hand in hand with consultants of
Salesforce to implement.

• Raised Capital required for a startup Cosmetic Company including dealing with banks and other private investors. Included the
preparation of 5 Year Business Plans with full, detailed Financial Projections and assumptions
• Negotiated Factoring / Finance Agreement at competitive rates to fund company receivables
• Set up Back Office Operations, Warehousing and Production using contacts and resources developed in the industry and
