As a part of this project we are handling Risk and Collection accounts
available 24 x 7 for customers along with functional/technical
enhancements. It is a CTA (Collection tracking and analysis) team to take
care of all HSBC supporting business units' Collection accounts. It
supports Non-Whirl surround teams like HUB: HSBC universal bank and WHIRL
surround teams like CTA: Collection Tracking and Analysis module, eCafe:
Collections Front end.

PAYSYS Inc has developed the product VisionPlus a Credit Card Management
System. VisionPlus is a family of integrated financial software products
that provide a total management system for retail, Bankcard, and private
label credit card processing. It is a trademark of PaySys International
Inc., Orlando, Fl., and USA. The numerous modules within the system have
the unique capability of handling Authorizations, Application Management,
and Collections and Tracking, Customer Service, Merchant Services,
Cardholder communication and a host of other related activities in a very
effective and integrated manner.
EDS shall provide Batch and online Production Support to ABN RCC to
support VisionPLUS production environments. The project runs on a 24x7
support throughout the year.

GE Money UK is planning to launch a new insurance service called BOUNCEBACK
for their customers. As a part of this product features, GE money Bank will
pay half of the Customer balance as first part of the claim payment
processing. The customer will then have up to six months time to visit a
recommended Debt advisor for improving his financial condition. During this
time all activities for the cardholder will be freezed.Depending on the
advice of the Debt Advisor if the financial condition of the customer
improves all normal activities on the cardholder will resume. If the
Financial condition of the customer doesn't improve till the end of the six
months period, the customer's second claim will be processed through
Genworth. The remaining balance on the cardholder will be cleared off and
the account will be closed and re-scored six months later, subject to
existing account scoring criteria.
