continuous process machinery for Schering Corporation. Sold the business
in 1990.

installation, service, and electrical contracting fields. Sold it 1995.

*Sea Bright Solar Co. 2008-present - part time design and sales of solar
photovoltaic and Heliocol hot water systems in the New Jersey area
utilizing Sunny Boy, Fronius, and Xantrex inverters.
*Wagner Industries- 2002-present- Project Engineering- Design, and
manufacture conveyor-ized laminating machines and other web converting
machinery usually utilizing A-B-(R-X Logix 5000 PLC's. Responsible for
supplier and customer interface, estimating, design drawings,
manufacturing costs, Quality Control engineering . Just finished in March-
engineering for a large ($500,000)project for Agfa Chrome.
*Schkeeper, Inc.- 2000 - present - Consulting- on a contract basis- Large
building inspections- to determine electrical code compliance, building
construction details and problems, plumbing and piping problems, etc. on a
contract basis for prospective buyers of industrial buildings.

*Thermco Electric Corp-1997-1999-Owner-Chief Engineer, project management
for new and existing products, product design, oven and conveyor design and
manufacturing, sales engineering. While there, I purchased two Van Dorn
plastic extrusion machines, automated them with a PLC Direct PLC and used
them to manufacture equipment for Schering Corporation
*Industrial Heater Incorporated-1996-1998-Chief engineer, project
management for new and existing products, bill of materials, Trumpf CNC
machine programmer, drawing maintenance, estimating project costs for
quoting, supplier and customer interface, Quality Control Manager, ISO
2001 implementation production engineering, engineering sales, installation
and start up of conveyor ovens and systems.
*Power Instrument Corporation- 1980-1995-Start-up Corporation, Owner,
chief operating officer- Responsibilities- Sales, Bottom line P & L,
Quality Control, and UL Lab compliance. Designed industrial heating
equipment, installed and maintained HVAC equipment and Explosion proof
process heating
systems for the Exxon refinery in NJ. Performed all project management of
existing and new projects, bill of materials, drawing maintenance,
estimating, interfacing with customers and suppliers.-(Did this part-time
from 1980 to 1990, full time from 1990 to 1996 and then sold the
business.)

subcontracting for the Linden generating plant in Linden, NJ. Developed UL
