all Raw Materials, Energy, Transportation, CapEx and MRO representing $290

Million. Closely work with the North American Delegation Category Managers

and the STG Delegation in Paris, France. Act as the Pilot Purchaser for

FSK and PSK facings representing N. and S. America, Asia, and Africa.

Represent CTIG on STG committees' that include Packaging, Adhesives,

Chemicals, MRO, Energy, and Transportation. Key commodities include Soda

Ash, Borax, Cullet, Sand, Limestone, Fuel Oil, Sodium Nitrate, Manganese

Dioxide, various Chemicals and Adhesives, FSK, and Packaging (Polybags,

Overwrap, Woven Sleeves, Stretch film, Shrink film, Labels, Corrugate and

Kraft facing).

. Led all indirect initiatives for 40 sites from 2007 to 2010.

. Championed the Corporate Recycle initiatives. Developed a program that

decreased landfill an average of 60% at multiple sites dealing with

unusual and difficult waste streams.

. Championed the Corporate Pallet Program and SMOOG inventory reduction

programs for all Berry Plastics sites driving compliance and cost savings

across 81 sites.

. Cost reduction programs proved over $7M in real savings during the five

years involving over 75 projects.

. Managed the energy spend for Franklin working closely with Summit Energy

and Atmos with an annual consumption over 200,000 mmbtu's of natural gas.

. Negotiated Capital Expense negotiations of manufacturing equipment on a

$25M project.

. Managed and set standards for all raw materials working with multiple

groups in the organization.

. Led bi-annual supplier reviews with our Strategic Partners to strengthen

processes and to identify areas of continuous improvement.

. Developed and managed VMI programs in multiple spend categories to reduce

inventory and expedited freight costs.

. Member of the Plant Staff engaged and integrated into all areas of the

manufacturing process.

. Worked closely with RD and Suppliers to identify and manage projects to
