32d Medical Brigade, Executive Officer San Antonio, Texas (October 2012 – Present)
• Provide logistical, administrative and managerial support to over 250 individuals on a daily basis while serving as second in command; Ranked as the top lieutenant
• Collaborate with government contractors to effectively manage housing needs for more than 300 individuals in four separate residential buildings
• Drive organizational initiatives and OSHA compliance as the Safety Officer for more than 1,000 individuals; Increased reporting and documentation of safety violations by 600% annually
• Coordinate planning and facilitate logistical support for organizational training events while mitigating associated risk
• Serve on the staff that coordinated annual training and measures of success for more than 1,500 individuals
