Multi-level support to the Peoplesoft Financials/SCM modules like General
Ledger, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Purchasing, Asset
Management and Attestation Modules. Peopletools Upgrade Specialist for both
Financials/SCM and HR systems. Peoplesoft Security Administrator and
Workflow Administrator.
Worked with the internal/offshore team during migration tasks via the STAT
tool. Created and ran PL/SQL scripts to archive large amounts of data.

an Oracle database. Managed all data conversion aspects of the project,
converting HR/Payroll/Benefits/Time and Labor data from the client's
legacy system into PeopleSoft.
Created and modified panels, records, fields, and PeopleCode per the

Benefits, and Payroll. Successfully researched and resolved problems
related to SQR/Crystal reports, panel modifications, tax updates, etc.

Led the implementation of the Concur/Seeker 3.0 Open Enrollment Benefits
Administration web-based product. Conducted the analysis, created
specifications, and developed Unix scripts and Oracle PL/SQL procedures
to enable the client to transfer Human Resources and Benefits data back
and forth on a nightly basis between their mainframe (Cyborg) system and
the front end (Seeker) database.

Conducted an in-depth analysis to troubleshoot and fix problems at a
major city library after the client had upgraded (on their own) from
PeopleSoft 6.0 to 7.5, on an Informix database.
- Brown Brothers Harriman, NY
Assisted with the upgrade from PeopleSoft Human Resources and Benefits
Administration 7.0 to 7.5 in a DB2 environment.
- NIKU Corp, California
Led a three-member team of programmers in the development and release of
NIKU 4.0 Resource Management Internet-based software. Gathered and
identified requirements to enable the client to upgrade to a newer
version of their product. Modified seed/metadata and developed PL/SQL
scripts to complete the upgrade on time and under budget.

Supported the implementation of Oracle 11.0.1 Accounts Payable. Modified
the application setup in order to enable the client to access specific
information from the front-end. Enabled the client to set up the check-
printing system.

Assisted in the implementation of PeopleSoft 7.5 Pension Administration.
Designed, developed, modified, and successfully tested the panels,
records, fields and SQR to generate complex annual reports including a
comprehensive pension benefit statement for all active employees, an
annual billing statement showing the calculation of pension costs for all
firemen and an online file consisting of retiree/refund information.

Managed the technical team during the successful implementation of
PeopleSoft 7.5 HRMS and Payroll in an AS 400 environment on a DB2
platform. Used a combination of SQR scripts and Import Manager to
effectively convert the client's data from a legacy system to the
PeopleSoft database format.

Led the technical team during the successful implementation of Oracle
General Ledger 10.7- SC.16.1, for a direct mail marketer. Conducted in-
depth analysis to map and convert General Ledger Account numbers and
corresponding data. Used SQL*Loader and developed comprehensive PL/SQL
scripts to extract, convert, and upload General Ledger data from the
legacy system to the Oracle GL database. Created user-friendly forms
using Developer 2000 to enable the client to maintain and update the
cross-reference mapping table on an ongoing basis.
1996 to 1997: Cogniva, Inc. Project Lead.
Led a team of four during the development of an Estimation software tool
for a large construction company with Oracle 7.3 as the Database and
Visual Basic 5.0 as the front end. Designed and developed the Labor and
Materials database (Oracle) using PL/SQL and a GUI front-end using Visual
Basic 5.0. Developed an in-house Multilevel Traceability Matrix as an
inspection tool to trace test cases through different stages of
system/software requirements, design and code.
1992 to 1996 : Aqua-X, Inc. Project Engineer.
Managed various federal, state, and private construction and environmental
projects for a construction/conservation company based in NY. Estimated and
managed projects in NY, NJ, and PA including labor management, sub-
contractor hire and supervision, and quality control. Utilized PERT and CPM
techniques to maintain control of multiple projects.
