DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance works of all Instrument and Control System and equipment transducers,

•

Sensors, Transmitter, Thermocouple, RTDs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Valves, Solenoids,

PLC, SCADA/Human Machine Interface and Control System I/O.

Perform PMs inspection, reports, work schedules and checklist on daily basis. Effectively

•

troubleshoot, testing, calibrations, repairs, re-commission, fault find and diagnose failures

on electrical equipment and control systems.

Overhauling, servicing, Dismantling, Testing of Control Valves and Actuators including

•

the positioner, solenoid valve, gauges, regulator and limit switch. Also replace repair kit

for Solenoid Valves.

Maintain, troubleshoot,repair,calibrate,replace and install components of process control

•

system using wide range of test equipment and diagnostics. Interpret instrumentation

schematic diagrams(P&ID).

Injecting provided pressure to calibrate gauges through different pressure units.

•

Cable pulling and Cable termination from instrument to panel and line checking/loop

•

checking.

Function test/ stroke testing of Control valves, on-off valve, Emergency shut-off valves

•

and Solenoid valves.

Function test /valve stroking 0 - 100% and check the indication to control room and

•

adjusting if needed.

Meger test/Insulation test and line checking of all the motor supply and control cable

•

from field to marshalling cabinet.

Responsible for maintenance and repair of all electrical and instrument equipment at Ilijan

•

1200MW Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Performed periodic electrical check up for all medium voltage and low voltage motors and

•

transformer, electrical panel board, lightings and other electrical components.

Making on site calls in case of problems like power failure and evaluate the reasons.

•

Establishes good relationship with co-workers for the best result of job.

Maintain, troubleshoot,repair,calibrate,replace and install components of process control

•

disassembly, cleaning, setting, changing and repairing of components such as electronic cards

and replacing defective parts such as resistors, capacitors, relays, integrated circuits and

transmitters.

Maintains the availability of spare units and parts needed, and know where to find these times

Field and bench calibration of instruments such

as,transmitters,thermocouples,switches,valves.etc.

Prepare all the calibration sheets and the supporting documents to be signed by the clients for

acceptance.

Calibration of various field instruments from primary,secondary final control and measuring

•

elements including process switches(level pressure, flow and temperature)using test

equipment such as HART (communicator, pneumatic hand pump)portable pressure calibrator

and hydraulic pumps defending to the range of the transmitters.

Assigned in disassembling of thermocouples, vibration and acceleration sensor, flame

•

scanner of the gas turbine, modification and rerouting of the Combustor Pressure Fluctuation

Monitor (CPFM).

Tagging of the wire of all sensors that was pulled out.

•

Perform wire checking, insulation testing of the disassembled instruments and sensors for the

•

confirmation prior in reconnection.

Able to function test relay of GT and ST controller.

•

Fabrication and installation of cable tray 45 deg to 90 deg.

•

Installation of conduit pipes from terminal box to instruments.

•

Cable pulling from instruments to its assigned terminal box.

•

Assist in fabrication of transmitter stand and pressure switch stand.

•

Cleaning of DCS and DDC panel.

•
