PROJECT DETAILS
Automatic Room light Control With Bidirectional Visitor Counter : The
objective of this paper is the automatic control of room light with bidirectional visitor
counter. The model of bidirectional visitor counter is designed by using AT89C51
microcontroller to count the number of visitors. It also aims to reduce the power
consumption rate. This is mainly due to the carelessness in manual operations . This model
is implemented using sensor technique. We placed the sensors near the door and it detects
the persons entering and leaving the room.
Modified flying capacitor three-level buck converter This study presents a
modified flying capacitor three level buck dc-dc converter with improved dynamic
response. Flying capacitor three-level buck converter is a topology preferred for high-power
applications as voltage stress on the switches is smaller than a standard buck converter.
Here, a flying capacitor three-level buck converter has been modified and a transient
controller is proposed for improving its dynamic response. The simulation results indicate
an improvement in dynamic response of the modified flying capacitor three-level buck
converter with the proposed transient controller. Experimental results presented also show
that the improvement in the dynamic response is better than that of the previously reported
schemes.
