report to appropriate results to clinic nurse.

Print route sheets, patient 1st, appointment list, and labels for fifteen (15) clinics throughout

the month.

Enter ROV’s into Oracle and send to correct districts.

Process incoming and outgoing mail.

Process authorizations for Purchased Svcs., Drug/Medical Supplies, and patient travel.

Write checks from Revolving Fund and then into the Quicken program.

Inventory and ordering of clinical and clerical supplies.

Pull Hemophilia charts three (3) weeks in advance and allow Dr. Watts to review the charts

of those who need to be seen in clinic, upon receiving chart back from Dr. Watts send

appointment letters to children and adults. Print authorizations for labs and work Hemophilia

Clinic with Nancy Woodall, RN and Bonita Scott.

Pull Arthritis patient charts two (2) weeks in advance for Bonita Torrence, RN, to review

charts, send appointment letters and assist with Arthritis Clinic.
