Provided and supported technical information of B767 aircraft for both scheduled and non-scheduled
maintenance and modifications for Line Maintenance, the Planning Team, and other related departments.
Reviewed and implemented new aircraft regulations.
• Supported troubleshooting and defined corrective actions by researching, liaising with manufacturers,
and issuing Engineering Orders (EOs) to line maintenance.
• Provided instructions, equipment, and manpower required for aircraft modifications requested by the
management team and regulations. Included the planning and implementation of a new technology
setup project.
• Researched and reviewed Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and related
documents. Summarized FAA requirements, first compliance date, and repetitive timeframe for the
Planning Team.
• Analyzed and delivered aircraft reliability reports, determined repetitive defects, and provided
appropriate solutions to prevent the same problems.
