Security Officer Company

I have been a security officer for a year now and I like my job and I'm good at it.I work all the over time they give me and I work when other employee don't want to come in . But they don't believe in raises or promotes.Because I don't like working from paycheck to paycheck and wonder how am I going to pay that bill.
