EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

Worked in from January 9 2014 to February 24 2015 at Pioneer inspection

services.

My Responsibilities:

• Review Test Certificates of Raw materials, welding consumables.

• Review of Drawings and Preparing Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and

Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) as per ASME sec IX.

• Witnessing Welder's Qualification for Different Process.

• Monitoring storage, baking, holding & use of Low hydrogen Electrodes.

• Review of Documents submitted by Radiography agency to carry Radiography

testing at site.

• Ensuring Calibration, Monitoring and Measuring devices prior to use.

• Witnessing Stage wise Inspection as per Drawing, Specification and Procedure.

• Responsible for the acceptance and rejection of scheduled RFIs.

• Perform fit up and weld visual inspection.

• Co-ordinate the NDT agencies to perform non destructive testing.

• Doing Interpretation and review the RT report. Witnessing the UT inspection,

penetrant testing & Magnetic particle testing.

• Preparing & maintaining the records.

• In process inspection at various stage of fabrication and Final Inspection with client.

• Monitoring the step by step fabrication work in progress at the workshop.

• Identify to the site quality control coordination any related concerns or deviation.

• Review Radiography films for welds and witness UT, MT & PT as per job

Requirement.

• Conducting Fit up inspection.

• Preparation of Reports at the end of each and every stage.

• Ensuring that incoming, in-process and final inspection and testing is

performed according to the project specifications and requirements.

• Conducting inspections at various stages.

• Review and verify various Testing and Welding Quality Procedures and

Inspection Test Plans as per job requirement.

• Inspection of Daily Welding Progress, carrying out NDT.

• Examine joint to detect flaws, such as cracks, cold weld, spatter, and

undercuts, using magnifying glass.

• Review of RFI.
