2014
Construction Manager and Project Consultant to 2H Offshore for all Welding
and Fabrication for the Titanium SCR Pipe Material
Responsible for managing all SCR Titanium Pipe, Coordinated all SCR welding
procedure qualifications (WPQ/PQR /WPS) as well as all production welding
for all 6', 8" 12" and 16" SCR pipe. Reviewed and approved the project ITP
and project schedule for all fabrication, testing and inspection aspects.
Coordinated all AUT NDE testing as well as all RT and MPI for SCR's and
components (Forgings/Hang-off Collar etc) with RTD Inc. Coordinated the
fabrication of the AUT Calibration Block for procedure and production weld
testing. Prepared all completed components for fatigue testing (low/medium
and high stress), heat treatment, final machining and dimensional surveys.

Responsible for providing technical oversight for the Lucapa FEED project
installation studies scope of work. This includes development of
installation methods study for all major subsea equipment including
flowlines/pipeline and jumpers, subsea installation specification,
flowlines/pipeline testing and per-commissioning plan and specification,
and deep water flowlines/pipeline repair capability studies as well as
developing SCR installation methodology statements and plans for the Lucapa
filed development. Interface lead with the SEV FEED team for all subsea
hardware installation needs and requirements. Developed and maintained

through planning and scheduling activities, directing, design/field
modifications through real-time construction phases. Perform surveys and

piles fully fabricated in Nigeria. Oversaw installation and maintenance of

completions coordinator, SIC SRT Testing and support coordinator, SEV
