Building up different systems of drilling fluids.
Plans mud and chemical requirements based on drilling operational requirements.
Applying the maintenance of the Drilling Fluid System as per optimum “Drilling fluid
Properties” to condition the fluid to client specified parameters. Provide justification for
chemical and volume additions.
Complete Drilling Fluid Properties field analysis.
Making a treatment for drilling fluid.
Calculate and report the daily low gravity solids percentages.
Making a full mud re-cap.
Prepare for client representatives the requirements in products, mud etc. so as to plan a
safe and continuous drilling operation. Prepare Daily and Monthly Inventory Reports .
Excellent in communications and computer skills as Microsoft Windows, Ms Office (word
– Excel – Power point).
Excellent in English (spoken & written)
Monitoring & adjust all Solids Control Equipment performance, waste
management..(Responsible for generating the tickets necessary for each truck hauling mud
from or to mud plant, water for sewage disposal).
- Make emphasis on the personal responsibility of anyone mixing mud to inform
themselves of the health and safety data for proper handling of chemical
Familiar with oil base mud and all oil mud.
Worked in The Kingdom of Bahrain for TATWEER, YEMEN for
HUNT,SAFER,NEXEN,KNOC,TOTAL,OMV and OXY& Iraq for (FOD,IPM, and DNO)
.
