Responsible for engineering and maintenance functions for 10 Sparboe

facilities located across 3 states .

. Defined, designed and commissioned a $40M facility expansion on the

Litchfield MN facility

o Created one of the top 5 most automated egg processing

facilities in the US

o Guided the design and build of laying houses for 1.0M birds

o Defined and managed the install of a 2.5 mega-watt back-up power

system.

. Defined and installed 11 Robotic packing work cells

. Revolutionized building environmental management at 3 of the egg

processing facilities through a unique HVAC system design to manage

humidity and water vapor.
