• Manage Las Vegas property’s self-insured, self-administered workers’ compensation program, including

establishing in-house management program to process all forms of benefits.

• Create procedural manuals and policies in order to assure adherence to applicable laws and administrative codes.

and property-wide safety inspections. Chair corporate safety committee and construct company safety-liaison

program requiring mandatory safety representative participation from all departments.

• Assist, analyze and advise executive management regarding loss control and changes to applicable local, state or

federal law.

• Direct and assist company concerning American’s with Disability Act (ADA) public accommodations compliance.

• Conduct ADA customer service training for all employees.

• Perform conflict resolution with staff, supervisors and, when necessary, applicable union on various issues.

• Generate and maintain training records and various statistical reports concerning financial losses and injury
