housing project located in South Norwalk, CT financed partially with LIHTC
tax credits associated with CHFA. Duties included:
. Market and lease all available rental units.
. Supervision of contractors responsible for daily/weekly maintenance of
property grounds including seasonal landscaping.
. Assuring that all units meet required local and State housing
authority occupancy codes.
. Maintain vendor relations and perform vendor reviews to assure that
all necessary repairs to units were performed on a timely and cost

lease stipulations
