JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Checking daily midnight census prepared by the night duty staff

. Entering daily census into excel sheet and the register

. Preparing daily, monthly and yearly out patient, in patient

statistic & diagnostic departments' and submitting to the

administration.

. Preparing any other utilization indices or any kind of

statistics required by the management

. Receiving all discharges/ death records from all the wards

. Coding ( ICD 10, ICD - O,Operation Coding)

. Assembling the Inpatient case records in the form of order of

arrangement of the case sheets

. Maintain the Birth & Death Register
