Over 22 years' experience in shutdowns, turnarounds and outages across the

power, petrochemical and industrial processing industries. Projects ranged

from fabrication, maintenance and repair work, to complete unit and system

installations. Familiar with ASME B31.3. Administered safety and auditing

Comprehensive understanding of project controls from estimating, to

major DAMAGE inside their furnace. Was also asked by the construction

supervisor to evaluate the FIELD operations, which included CRANE USE,

Scaffolding Awareness, Welding PROCEDURES and Safety.

Responsible of 25 welders and 12 fitters with 8 laborers. The majority of

work was outages, boilers, and Heavy wall pipe. Was also the safety manager

for the whole company to set the standards for our crew.

. Retubing of thirteen tubes at OMU Owensboro Kentucky

. Re-working of all the Duct work at Century Aluminum.

. Planned and scheduled using Primavera 6 fall outage for Big Rivers,

refurbishment and selective non-catalytic reduction system for

environmental controls of boiler emissions consent decree program at

chemical plant in Texas:

. Boiler project was performed in unit with three other boilers in

continuous operation.

. Coordinated with plant safety and subcontractor's safety teams.

Performed routine formal safety audits, incident investigations, and

root cause analysis.

. Provided project close out, and construction scheduling consultation

to the Field Construction Manager.

. Made sure all Equipment on site was NEEDED and properly used.

A&D Constructors Inc. - Project Manager 2012-2013

Developed estimates for mechanical projects, process standards in

development of projects, established company quality control standards, and

ensured thorough project reviews.

. Charah SUL4R Plus Fast-track design-build soil amendment pelletizing

plant utilizing the synthetic gypsum from the scrubbers on site at

Louisville Gas & Electric Mill Creek Station.

. Charah SUL4R equipment consisted of dispersion dryer, conveyors and

elevators, pin mixer, rotary pan type pelletizer, bag houses, blowers,

tanks, pump skids, screen sizer, and fluid bed dryer.

. Kentucky Utilities Ghent Generating Station boiler re-tube projects.

. City of Springfield Missouri worked closely with Alstrom to develop,

estimate, and demo and repair three of their pecipitatorers. Was the

Project Leader for all three jobs and to coordinate 75 men.

Flatgard Mechanical - Project Manager - Estimator 2008-2010

Responsible in charge for maintenance crew located on various processing

plants. Scope of work also included high pressure steam piping, and

building pump skids..

. AK Steel Maintenance contract managed 45 man crew performing shift

live outages, boiler and high pressure steam line repairs, to complete

piping system projects. Worked hard to get Flatgard back into AK Steel

which I did thru sales and personality..

. Tyson Foods Managed 37 men crew for industrial process piping projects

in sizes from inch stainless steel to 22 inch carbon steel.

. Estimated and managed the replacement of both hot and cold side of

precip's for the utilities of North Carolina. Had 45 men to manage and

showed a 15% profit for project.

. Had to make ALL sale calls, since I was head of the mechanical

department. .

Titan Contracting - Construction Project Manager 2007

Responsible in charge for turnaround crews located on various power plants.

. General Electric two 635 MW coal fired units in California. Managed 85

man crew installed all piping high and low pressure piping systems,

and large bore HDPE pipe. First coal fired partnership with

California.

. Joppa Steam Plant located in Illinois converted bag house to fabric

filter system.

Inspected projects to ensure that construction work was progressing

according to schedule. Resolved problems relative interpretation of

specifications and plans for contractors, and engineers. Responsible for

approving contractors' estimated construction schedules, progress report,

and requests for payment. Conducted final inspections of completed jobs.

. Dow Chemical located in Freeport, Texas. Process piping for new low

hydrocarbon plant process unit including pre and post weld thermal

treatment for welding up to 30 inch chrome-moly, and Victaulic piping

systems. Set various pieces of equipment.

Certified Welder for structural and pipe. Fabricated lube oil skids to be

sent off shore for BP oil rigs.

management, and variances for Dow Chemical located in Freeport, Texas.
