• TDP customer service from 4/7/97 to 10/31/97. Duties included answering

military subscribers and dependents questions in regards to their dental

coverage.

• Operations Support Services (mailroom) from 11/3/97 to 9/4/2000. Duties

included opening and sorting mail according to region and states. Promoted

to low speed and high speed scanning machines which included scanning in

dental claims so they could be keyed by other areas.

• Commercial Claims from 9/4/00 to 2/2/04. Duties included keying dental claims

that came from dentists offices. Also was x-ray trained to read and certify if

correct xrays were submitted. Trained on other regions claims and how to

key and certify them.

before but I got promoted to technical assistant. My duties were overseeing a

staff of 18 and to help or assist with any questions they may have. I also did

time and attendence in the mornings. Was responsible for doing monthly

schedules for the employees. Was responsible for weekly and monthly

productions stats. I also helped to write and implement new guidelines for

the area.

• Claims Examiner for Commercial Claims 10/1/12 to 11/13/14. My job duties

for this area including keying claims for the states of Hawaii, Arkansas and

Florida.

• Due to corporate restructure my job was eliminated and my last day was

11/13/14.

Educational Background:

due to personal family issues had to turn down.
