Project#1 : Insurance system with tracking manager

Description:

The main aim of this project is to providing five types of insurances like life, health, travel,

motor and home insurances for online transactions. The existing system is a manual

system. Here the users need to save his information in the form of excel sheets. There is no

sharing possible if the data is in the form of paper or Disk drives. The manual system gives

us very

less security for saving data; some data may be lost due to mismanagement. Searching of

particular information is very critical where it takes lot of time.

In the proposed system the user information files can be stored in centralized

database which can be maintained by the system. A User can view the details of various

policies and schemes offered by the Insurance Company. New Users can register through

the site so that he can get information online. An existing policyholder can view his policy

details and calculate the premium.

Responsibilities:

Created front end screens.

Created the modules like login page, new user page, security page.

Implemented JSPs for the Presentation.

Implemented Servlets for the controller logic.

Implemented JDBC Components for the persistence logic.

Implemented Client side validation using Java Script.

Project#2 : NetSurvey Simulation System

Environments : Java jdk1.6

Description:

The main aim of the project NetSurvey Simulation System is to permit the authenticated

users to better understand the functionalities of different protocols in different stages of data

transfer using OSI layers. The Netsurvey Simulation System is a new system bringing OSI

layers information in a better way, in which different way layers differ with each other and the

way of running of information in each and every layer.
