ConEdison SBDI: Developed sales and operational strategies for ConEdison’s Small Business Direct

Install Program, a $42M, 3 year contract to upgrade energy efficiency equipment in New York City
and Westchester and the first of its kind for Lockheed Martin. Involved the supervision of 16 internal
personnel and 32 lighting, HVAC and refrigeration subcontractors. Responsible for program finances,
sales, quality control, customer satisfaction, quantitative analysis and efficient scheduling of 400 –
700 construction projects per month.
ConEdison C&I: Directed all project management activity for ConEdison’s four commercial and

industrial energy efficiency programs, $37M programs to upgrade energy efficiency equipment for
large customers in New York City and Westchester. Oversaw the CRM database, customer hotline,
policies, forecasting, analysis and all program reporting. Managed eight operations staff members.
Proposal Capture Manager: Served as lead for four proposals resulting in over $100M in sales.

Integration Console (EPIC), an information system designed to calculate energy savings and project
