which are oil and gas, ships & marine equipment systems, and research lab for mechanical design, and

growing and leading the engineering resources through all phases of new product development, involve
contributions to front-end, detailed engineering, and construction project phases. Develop and nurture a

Responsible for PEP, DBM, schedule, pipelines design, assign deliverables to discipline, supervise
discipline engineers, project drawings review, preparation of scope of work for construction, work
prioritize, pre- qualifying and selection of contractors, Construction Management, as build and closed out.
Prepared and reviewed pipeline specs, pipeline basis of design, data sheets, pig launcher/receiver
specifications /general arrangement drawings for the pig trap systems, pipe wall thickness calculations,
hydro-test pressure calculations, buried pipelines and road crossing analysis, upheaval buckling and
hydro-testing, technical bid evaluation/vendor data evaluation of piping/pipeline.
Developed the required modification repairs through analyzing the tresses of the trestle steel structure of
the wash ramp, managed the project, and commissioned it, (maximum capacity of 33.0 tons, 11.0
ton/axel)
Designed pipeline for high pressure, developed the construction scope include the control and
overpressure protection instrumentation.
Developed the required design criteria for Steel Wash Ramp with maximum capacity of 60 tons (15
ton/axel)
Modified the nozzle’s reinforcement and completed all the required ABSA CED
Calculated the safety factors of a Domestic Hot Water Tank at its threaded plugs and couplings to double
check its operational safety.
Provided the required fluid dynamic stress analysis of the natural gas pipeline to increase its capacity this
modification was proven success during this current winter. I earned Suncor’s Operation Excellence
award for this work.

Applied Stress Analysis and Fracture Mechanics packages (ANASYS, and ABAQUS) on more than four
projects, i.e. drainage corrugated plate to support trucks, define the life service of a notched steel plate

Extensive use of Pressure Equipment design codes and the ability to identify, and solve problems in static
equipment (i.e. heat exchangers, vessels, boilers, and control instrumentation, i.e. PSV, PCV, VT, etc.)
