WORK EXPERIENCE:

I have experience working with Altisource Business Solution Pvt. ltd. as

Specialist, Valuation Review since 10th January'2013. The company is a part

of US mortgage industry and carries out Valuation of the US properties on

its client request with the help of reports submitted by the US broker's

tied up with our company and additional research carried out by us.

Role Summary - Review, reconcile and assign fair market values to the

assets.

1. Further Research Needed (FRN)

Summary:

. Detailed review of default appraisals, broker price opinion (BPO),

2055E (ORA) covering all residential property type (viz. SFR, MFR

i.e. 2-4 units, Manufactured/Mobile, condominiums).

. Perform extensive analysis & market research for appropriate

comparables and make adjustments to arrive at a fair market value

for the property

. Communicate with the vendors via E-mail wherever required.

2. Hybrid

. Detailed review of SFR property.

. Perform extensive analysis on the data provided by Collateral

Analytics and various other sources

. Identifying the reliability of the value provided by Collateral

Analytics and reconcile the final value
