JOB EXPERIENCE

Duties and responsibilities:

To secure monitoring of document of crew such as principal requirement, vess el

requirements, Flag license Requirements and government requirements,

Provide extensive calendar management of the line-up vessel indicated by fleet into

system

Coordinate to fleet all documents we need to check time to time, we are maintaining

the envelope of crew such as lacking document need to comply provided in

documents tracking at (MMIS) to avoid delayed endorsement into the last day

briefing.

Produce all documents endorsed to fleet is 100% complete, base to the KPI standard

given to compliance and to eliminate problem on board inspection,

For travel documents we are secure the passport and SIRB is valid at least 12

months to avoid uncertain inspection to other strictly ports,

Producing a copy of Overseas Employment Contract for POEA submission report

Perform 201 file and send to records after embarkation of the vessel 10 days prior

To secure all documents In MMIS has proper encoded and upload/scanned so the

fleet can view it time to time

Accomplish all inactive documents handling and inventory control after 1 year

endorsed at compliance department.
