Central, SUZLON”

Summary: It was a live project. Duration of the project was two months. The study was carried out to understand the

concept of On-boarding and Integration in general and to know on-boarding and Integration process of Suzlon

Energy Limited for new employees. Objective was to make the On-boarding and Integration process more effective.

As part of the project I have got the opportunity to interact with Vertical and Function heads also and learnt how the

things are done in an organization and how to make things done in a challenging environment. I have also done a

comparative study of On-boarding process of leading energy companies with that of SUZLON.
