CNC machining. Support team leaders with various daily tasks: problem solving, training,
performance concerns, safety. Ensure proper operation of equipment and machines by
coordinating and communicating efforts between shift and support departments. Supervised
personal in proper processes, safety and quality. Ensured cost reduction methods are being
implemented and followed. Monitor inventory levels of department supplies, finished goods and
shipping requirements. Maintain and enforce 2-S policy for each department/area as assigned by

Responsible for process development for new products to include line set up, times studies and
improvements; which include promoting an ergonomic manufacturing environment. Organized
and established 5s methodology within the plant. Training of members in CPR/First Aid,
equipment safety. Perform plant audits in order to maintain compliance of OSHA regulations,
federal and state safety directives and ISO 9000. Direct 4 supervisors and 60 members in their
daily production and quality needs. Hiring of new members as production needs expand.
Provide employee evaluations, Vocational Goal Plans and was responsible for the health and
safety of entire plant. Conducts scheduled Facility Maintenance, annual Safety Drills and internal

programs for industrial equipment such as: (Forklifts, Tuggers, Walkie-riders, Aerial
lifts). Researched, wrote and implemented other OSHA required programs such as: (Hot
Work Permit, Fall Protection, and Lock Out/Tag Out). Responsible for teaching safety
orientation courses for all new team members. Reviewed, researched and recorded all
equipment accidents investigations in the facility instituting counter-measures and
